Military Mutual Mission Level Partner Program Terms
1. Overview
The Military Mutual Mission Level Partnership Program allows eligible members to earn referral commissions by introducing new members to the Military Mutual platform.
Mission Level Partners may earn commissions when individuals they refer become paying members of the Military Mutual platform.
The program is designed to reward members who share the mission and help expand the Military Mutual community.
Participation in the Mission Level Partnership Program is optional.
Military Mutual membership provides value independently of participation in the Mission Level Partnership Program.
2. Membership Value
Military Mutual membership provides access to education resources, community engagement tools, professional development content, and member support resources available within the platform.
Participation in the Mission Level Partnership Program is not required to access or benefit from Military Mutual membership.
3. Eligibility
To participate as a Mission Level Partner:
• You must be an active Military Mutual member
• Your membership must remain in good standing
• You must comply with all Military Mutual policies and applicable laws
If your membership becomes inactive or canceled, your Mission Level Partner status may be suspended until membership is restored.
4. Referral Links
Mission Level Partners receive a unique referral link that may be shared with prospective members.
When a new member joins Military Mutual using a Mission Level Partner’s referral link, the referral will be tracked through the Military Mutual affiliate tracking system.
Referral attribution is determined by the platform tracking system at the time of membership purchase.
5. Commission Structure
Mission Level Partners may earn commissions on membership subscriptions generated through their referral network.
Current commission structure:
Level 1 referral: 15%
Level 2 referral: 7%
Level 3 referral: 3%
Commissions are earned only on active membership subscriptions.
If a membership subscription is canceled, refunded, or otherwise terminated, associated commissions may be adjusted or reversed.
Military Mutual reserves the right to modify commission structures if necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform.
6. Commission Calculations and Fees
Mission Level Partner commissions are calculated based on net membership revenue generated through the referral network.
Net membership revenue is defined as the membership subscription amount collected from the member, excluding applicable sales taxes and payment processing fees.
Sales taxes collected at checkout are remitted to the appropriate taxing authorities and are not included in commission calculations.
Payment processing fees associated with membership transactions may be deducted prior to calculating referral commissions.
Military Mutual uses third party payout infrastructure to process Mission Level Partner payments. Any applicable payout processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the Mission Level Partner’s payout.
Military Mutual reserves the right to adjust payment processing methods or payout providers as necessary to support the continued operation of the platform.
7. Payment Processing
Mission Level Partner payouts are processed through the Military Mutual payout platform.
Mission Level Partners must provide accurate payment and tax information before payouts can be issued.
Military Mutual may require submission of tax documentation including W-9 forms or other documentation required by applicable law.
8. Marketing Guidelines
Mission Level Partners may promote Military Mutual through personal networks, social media, professional relationships, and other lawful marketing channels.
Mission Level Partners may not:
• Make misleading or exaggerated income claims
• Represent Military Mutual as a guaranteed income opportunity
• Misrepresent Military Mutual services or offerings
• Use spam or unsolicited mass messaging
• Impersonate Military Mutual leadership or represent themselves as official company representatives without authorization
All marketing activity must comply with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
9. Income Disclaimer
Mission Level Partner earnings will vary and depend on factors such as individual effort, network activity, and membership retention.
Military Mutual does not guarantee any level of income or financial success through participation in the Mission Level Partnership Program.
10. Program Integrity
Military Mutual reserves the right to review Mission Level Partner activity to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
Accounts engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices may be suspended or permanently terminated.
11. Modification of Program
Military Mutual may update or modify the Mission Level Partnership Program structure, policies, or commission terms at any time to maintain sustainability and compliance with applicable laws.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Independent Relationship
Participation in the Mission Level Partnership Program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Military Mutual.
Mission Level Partners participate as independent promoters of the Military Mutual platform.
13. Program Purpose
The Mission Level Partnership Program exists to reward members who help introduce others to the Military Mutual community.
Commissions are generated solely from active membership subscriptions within the referral network.
Military Mutual is a membership platform and not a multi-level marketing program.
