We can assist you with listing your home on MLS. You may want to consider offering a commission to the buyer’s agent to increase the number of potential buyers. We will prepare you for overseeing the property valuation, inspection, repairs and necessary paperwork for closing the sale. An owner-seller must also be careful to avoid unintentional misrepresentations and other legal complications. Current laws tend to protect the buyer.
